This answer helps us understand enquiry sources; it does not activate browsing tracking.
Responding to your project
Your details support a reply and project follow-up. Processing relies on your request and pre-contractual steps. Your agreement appears on the form. A message triggers neither automatic marketing delivery nor a subscription.
Transfers and external services
Inquiries are sent to JLT Estate for processing. Access is limited to authorised staff and necessary technical providers. Hostinger provides hosting. Processing may occur outside your country. Storage is not described as exclusively European.
The TINY TROPIC waitlist
Joining collects your first name, last name and email address. You may also provide a phone number with country code; this is optional. Your email is used for TINY TROPIC news and the opening announcement; your other contact details help us manage and follow up on your request. Updates are sent through Resend using a dedicated TINY TROPIC list. This relies on your consent, collected through an unchecked box. We record the signup date, language, page and consent version to manage your request. Signups are handled in the order they are recorded.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@krabiinvest.com. Your address will then be unsubscribed from the mailing list. Every newsletter also includes an unsubscribe link. Unless you withdraw sooner, the retention limit is three years after your last contact. Joining is not a reservation or a commitment to buy.
Your rights and retention
Correspondence follows the project’s duration. Without a contractual relationship, the limit is three years after your last contact. Earlier deletion can be requested, subject to applicable obligations. Contract documents follow their own retention requirements. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability can be requested by email. The competent authority, including France’s CNIL, may also be contacted.
WhatsApp and appointments
WhatsApp links open Meta’s service. Appointment links open Cal.com. These platforms apply their own privacy policies. Earlier inquiries retain their recorded context and consent.
Security and technical storage
A technical identifier supports retries without deliberately creating duplicate inquiries. Abuse protection uses temporary counters. It does not log form contents. Hosting logs support operation and security. No optional advertising or audience-measurement tools are active. This policy was updated on 24 October 2026.
